These Terms & Conditions govern your use of scalvyadigital.com and any services provided by Scalvya Digital. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Scalvya Digital provides branding, website development, SEO, performance marketing, CRM setup, and AI automation services. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are documented in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.
Unless stated otherwise in the SOW, invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Overdue amounts may attract interest at 1.5% per month. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance.
Deliverables become client property upon full payment. Scalvya retains the right to reference the work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of delivering the engagement.
We provide services on a "best-efforts" basis. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work performed up to the effective termination date remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
